The visit history below reflects DCDEE visits made to the facility over the past three years. Visits are conducted to monitor for compliance within child care facilities across the state. Visits conducted after January 1, 2016, will display as announced or unannounced visit types. Violations cited during any visit are available for review. To review violations cited during a DCDEE visit, click on yes under the violations column.

All visit dates except for pending Child Maltreatment Investigations will display on the website. Following the conclusion of a Child Maltreatment Investigation, if child maltreatment was substantiated and/or violations were cited during the visit dates and violation information will display. If child maltreatment was not substantiated and no violations were cited the information remains confidential. These changes are a result of Session Law 2015-123.

Monitoring Visits:
The Visit Summary Report for monitoring visits conducted on or after October 16, 2017, are available for review. If the visit summary is available for review, click the link under the type of visit displayed as unannounced or announced and the Visit Summary Report will display. Monitoring visit types include: Annual Compliance, Annual Compliance Follow-up, Attempted Visit, Courtesy, Environment Rating Scale (ERS), Initial Assessment, Letter of Intent, Prelicensing Consultation, Rated License Assessment, Routine Unannounced, T/A Training, Temporary Time Period, and Administrative Action Follow-up (licensing).
Visit Summary Reports for Complaint Investigations are not available on the website; however, the reports are available upon request. Visit Summary Reports for Child Maltreatment Investigations are not available due to confidentiality of investigations.

What is a Visit Summary Report?
The report is a summary of the visit made by a consultant. It has information about the child care program and visit. The report includes what they observed and talked about during the visit. Violations may be part of the report. If there were violations, a plan for how the program will fix those violations is included in the report. General information is included at the end.
